Yes. We support remote engagements for teams around the world. Conversations happen by scheduled call and shared workspace, and we arrange meeting times that suit your time zone as far as practical while keeping our own office hours clear.
After an initial conversation we send a written proposal that states scope, deliverables, schedule, and cost. No work begins until you accept it. We keep the estimate honest and flag any change to the scope in writing before it adds to the bill.
Most projects open with a short discovery and architecture phase, followed by the build and integration work, and close with an acceptance test and a handover. Larger builds move in phases so that you can see steady progress. The proposal sets concrete dates for each phase.
